Before you collect our hire items they are inspected to a high standard to ensure they are perfect for your big day.
We aim to offer reasonable prices and review our prices with competitors.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
All orders under £20 will require the full amount paid at the time of booking to secure your order.
Orders over £20 are to be paid in 2 installments, the 1st installment will be to secure your hire items. The 2nd installment will be required 2 weeks before your hire date. Once paid each installment is non-refundable.
If the date of collection/ delivery is within 3 months of the order then full payment will be required whatever the total amount is.
Preferred payment method is bank transfer. We also accept Paypal payments (4% surcharge).
If balance payment is not received we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order. No collection or delivery of hire items can be made without payment or the damages deposit transaction.
Damaged Goods (hire)
Goods in your care shall remain your responsibility at all times.
A refundable damages deposit (the amount of which will be discussed when making the booking depending on the items hired/combination of items hired, and indicated clearly on the invoice) is invoiced at the time of hire and due to be paid with the final balance. This can be made through bank transfer or PayPal and this will then be returned to you within 3 working days once. If you wish to use a cheque for the damage deposit, please use a separate cheque to your final balance, this cheque will then be destroyed when items are returned and are not damaged.
Goods have been returned and checked for any damage or loss. The hirer will be informed within a maximum of 5 working days if there are any damage, missing or substituted items. It is advisable to check the goods upon receipt to check for any damage prior to signing the delivery note. Missing and/or damage to the hired goods will be charged at the replacement cost price of each item, and deducted accordingly from the hirers damage deposit. If the cost of the missing or damaged goods exceeds the damage deposit, a bill will be issued.
Details of the replacement cost charges are available upon request. Once the collection/ delivery note has been signed, the Hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired goods. Hotels/Venues/Florist/Wedding Planners or any other third party involved will be exempt from any responsibility regarding the hired goods and will not be held accountable should any damage occur whilst in their possession.
Substitute items will not be accepted and all damaged items remain the property of Little Wedding Things, and should therefore be returned.
Delivery and Collection (hire)
Little Wedding Things offer free collection for all hire items from our storage facility, based in Sandhurst, Berkshire, the full address will be given once full payment is received.
Deliveries over 20 miles require a minimum spend on hire items of £100.
Little Wedding Things will not deliver over 35 miles.
When the goods are collected/delivered by/to the renter, the renter shall inspect the goods and sign Little Wedding Things Collection/ Delivery note. In the event of anything missing or damage, the renter shall note this on the delivery note at the time of delivery or collection. If the renter fails to do this, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered/collected in a clean and undamaged condition.
Little Wedding Things will make every effort to collect and deliver you order at the specified times, however we will not be liable for any loss arising directly from any delay in the delivery or collection of the goods.
Little Wedding Things treat any personal information you provide with the provisions of the data protection act 1988 and will only use the information you supply to contact you in connection with services provided and or/ to respond to requests made by you.
Little Wedding Things do not sell, trade or rent your information to third parties.
In no circumstance shall our liability to you exceed the invoice value of the contract.
Little Wedding Things shall not be held liable in respect of damages/injury/loss or any other damages occurred in respect of this hire, as a result of any defect or damage to the item and the customer shall satisfy himself/herself of the suitability/condition/placement of the equipment upon receipt.
Caution should be exercised in particular with use of glassware, heavy items, or if you choose to place lit candles in our candle holders; we shall not be held liable for any damage/injury/loss caused as a result of using any hired items. Permission should be sought from the venue as to the suitability of all items hired.
These terms and conditions and any contract formed between us shall be governed by the law of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
